Pico de Gallo

Some call it salsa. ..but mine is a bit hardier. This Mexican topping, or side, is made with fresh ingredients and never lasts more than two days in my kitchen. Eat it with tortilla chips or use as a topping for tacos or juevos rancheros.

Ingredients:
2-3 tomatoes
1/2 bell pepper
1 lime
1/4 white onion
2 cloves garlic
2 green onions
cilantro
salt
chipotle sauce (optional)

Instructions:
Chop all the ingredients into small pieces and mix. It’s that simple.
