There is NO one-size-fits-all solution to health which is why working one-on-one with a Functional Nutritionist is the best way to get the results you’re looking for. It’s a customized approach that takes into account your personal goals while creating a protocol that meets you where you are with your current health status. Discovery consultation (20-min, free)

Are you interested in working with a nutrition expert to determine a customized plan to help you achieve your wellness goals? This 20-minute discovery session is designed for us to get acquainted with each other and determine whether we’re a good fit. You’ll fill me in on your current health status and goals while gaining insight into how I work one-on-one with clients. If we decide to move forward I’ll send you home with action items to prepare for our next visit. This is a FREE discovery offer which can be in person, via video chat or over the phone.

Nutrition Assessment (90-min)

This in-depth assessment allows us to deep-dive into your current health and wellness situation. We’ll go over our Initial Interview Findings, Food & Mood Journal and Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire which is a snapshot of your current health status. You’ll leave with a complete game plan which includes recommendations and customized protocol with your unique goals in mind so the next time we meet we’ll have a benchmark to track your progress. This is an á la carte offering or can be combined with one of the following packages.

3-Session nutrition program

The 3-session package is a great way to kick-start your wellness journey. You can always upgrade to the 5-session offering if you decide that you want more guidance. This program contains a 90-minute in-depth Nutritional Assessment and 2 additional followup sessions lasting 45-minute each. Custom meal plan assistance and unlimited email support are included.

5-Session nutrition program

Whether you’re looking for a complete health overhaul or just want more one-on-one attention, this in-depth program is your ticket. It consists of a 90-minute Nutritional Assessment with 4 subsequent followup sessions lasting 45-minutes each. It includes recipe ideas and custom meal plan assistance with unlimited email support for any questions or concerns that may arise. If you decide to add more followup sessions they are offered at a discounted rate.

The Kitchen Detox

Does your kitchen lack inspiration? How will you ever achieve your health and wellness goals when your pantry is full of items that feed your vices and is in desperate need of a revamp? A paradigm shift is in order — you don’t need a detox, your kitchen does. Imagine what it would be like to rid your kitchen and pantry of all the foods that are causing your body harm and load it with nutrient-dense options. I’m here to help walk you through the process while providing a plethora of information so you can understand the ‘why’ behind a good kitchen cleanse. We’ll chat about foods you can’t live without and others that don’t fit your wellness goals. 

Stocking your kitchen

The kitchen detox eliminates foods that don’t match your new health goals so we’ll need to stock-up and replace them with items that do. Let’s head for a trip to the market where I’ll point you in the direction of recommended products and fill you in on the ones to stay away from. We’ll discuss food labels, processing, and brands that I love. Many find this liberating as grocery shopping can be overwhelming and time-consuming. This is an opportunity to have fun and avoid future frustrations in the store. We’ll shop together and you’ll come away with a new action plan for when it’s time for you to replenish your stock.

Batch Like a Boss

I know how daunting it can be to wonder what your next meal is but it doesn't have to be that way. Batch Like a Boss equips you with techniques that not only help you plan your meals but also provide ease in the kitchen with less prep throughout the week. Cooking in large batches allows for this by planning and doing most of the work ahead of time. Get inspired and learn how you can be the boss of your kitchen.
